Game terms of use
Play, have fun, do not ruin anybody else's match. The rest of this page is the rule that backs that up.
Blackstudio is the trading name of 51.821.797 Diego Vieira Silva, CNPJ 51.821.797/0001-29. Contact: [email protected].
1. Who this applies to
To every game published by 51.821.797 Diego Vieira Silva, CNPJ 51.821.797/0001-29 — today Ignite, OrbitWars and Cucarank, and whatever comes next. It holds in the browser, on the phone and on the tablet.
One page for every game, because there is one account: what you sign into in one is what you have in the next. A rule per game would be a rule the same person escapes by opening the game next door.
Buying is a different thing and has its own page: /legal/terms/. This one is about playing.
2. Your account
The game makes you a device account the moment it opens, without asking for anything. It is real and it keeps what you earned — what it does not do is survive the device. Linking a Google or Apple account is what carries your progress to the next phone.
The account is yours and it is personal. Do not sell it, do not lend it and do not buy somebody else's: whoever plays on your account answers as you, and what they do lands on it.
You need to be 13 to play. To buy, 18 — that part lives in /legal/terms/.
You can delete your account whenever you want, and what happens to your data is in /legal/privacy/.
3. What is not allowed
The list is short because most of it is obvious already. What is here is what ruins somebody else's match:
- cheating of any kind: software that plays for you, a modified client, or anything that tells the server something that did not happen;
- attacking the service, or trying to get into an account that is not yours;
- using a name, a message or a nickname to insult, threaten or impersonate somebody;
- quitting matches on purpose, over and over, to spoil them for the people playing;
- selling, buying or trading accounts and items outside the game.
The name you pick is shown to other players, so it goes through a filter. A refused name is not a punishment: it is the filter doing its job before the match starts.
4. Reports and suspension
You can report from inside the game, and a person reads it. A report on its own suspends nobody.
When an account is suspended, it sees the reason and the length on its own screen. A suspension has an end date, unless the case is serious enough to be permanent.
Think it was a mistake? Write to [email protected] and a person looks again. It is the same channel as /legal/support/.
5. The game changes
An online game changes: seasons turn over, numbers get balanced, maps come and go. That is part of playing a live game, and it is not a fault in the service.
A game can also be shut down one day. If that is going to happen, we say so in advance through the game's own channels and to the e-mail on the linked account.
6. What is yours, and what is a licence
An item you earn or buy is a licence to use it inside the game, personal and open-ended for as long as the game exists. It is not property, not an investment and not transferable.
The game, the name, the art, the music and the code belong to 51.821.797 Diego Vieira Silva. Playing hands none of it over to you.
Recording, streaming and publishing video of your own play is allowed, monetised included. Just do not use the brand in a way that makes the video look like it comes from the studio.
7. If something goes wrong
The game is offered as it is, and a match can drop: connections wobble, servers restart, and sometimes the fault really is ours. We fix what breaks and we limit nothing the law does not let us limit — your consumer rights stay whole.
Lost an item, progress or a purchase because of a fault on our side? Write to us. Refunds have their own page: /legal/refunds/.
8. Changes to this page
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that really alters what you can do is announced inside the game before it takes effect.
Brazilian law applies, and the venue is the one where you live.
