1. Who sells

The store.blackstudio.dev store is run by 51.821.797 Diego Vieira Silva, CNPJ 51.821.797/0001-29. Contact: [email protected].

Blackstudio is that company’s trading name. Its registered name is the numeric one above, 51.821.797 Diego Vieira Silva, and that is the one on official documents and in the public company registry. It is the same company. It is one person answering you.

2. What you buy

You buy a digital item that is used inside the game. It lands in your account once the payment clears.

You pay once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Nothing gets billed again next month.

3. Who charges you

Paddle charges you. Paddle is the store's merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and runs the refund.

That is why your statement shows Paddle's name, not Blackstudio's. It is the most common reason a charge looks wrong. The receipt e-mail Paddle sends says exactly what was bought: check it first.

4. Your account

You buy by signing in with the same account you use in the game. That account identifies you, and it is where the item is delivered.

Signing in with the right account is what guarantees delivery. If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] before buying again.

5. Age

You must be 18 to buy. Anyone under 18 buys only if the person responsible for them makes the purchase.

A purchase made by a minor without the responsible person: we cancel it and give the money back. Write to [email protected] from the responsible person's e-mail.

6. If something goes wrong

The commitment is simple: deliver what you bought, or give your money back.

We do not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies. If you need to sue the studio, you can do it in the courts where you live. That is what the Brazilian consumer code already guarantees, and it is written here so there is no doubt.
