1. Who handles your data

The controller is 51.821.797 Diego Vieira Silva, CNPJ 51.821.797/0001-29. For anything about privacy, write to [email protected].

2. What we use, and why

• Your account e-mail and account id, which come from Firebase Auth (Google), so we know the purchase is yours.
• The payment details, which stay with Paddle. Paddle charges you and issues the receipt; the studio never sees your card number.
• The record of what you bought, on the game server, so the item can be delivered and so it can be proven to be yours.

That is all of it. The store does not sell your data to anyone.

3. For how long

For as long as your account exists. Ask for the account to be deleted and we delete what the studio holds.

The tax record of the purchase stays with Paddle, who did the charging, for as long as the law requires Paddle to keep it.

4. Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to get a copy. Write to [email protected] and we answer.

The applicable data protection authority is the ANPD, Brazil's Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados. You can complain to it directly.

5. Minors

The store is for people over 18. If we find that a minor bought without the responsible person, we cancel the purchase, refund it, and delete what was collected there.
